Getting started
In My Warehouse your income comes from pallets. Trucks bring goods, workers put them away on racks, then pick shipments for customers. You earn $45 for every pallet received (once it sits on a rack) and $70 for every pallet shipped. A late truck costs a $400 penalty and 4 reputation points, while an on-time truck gives +1. Each truck must be handled within 180 minutes.
If this is your first game, accept the tutorial. It walks you through racks, areas, your first delivery, the dock schedule and hiring a helper.
Controls
- Computer: drag to pan, use the mouse wheel to zoom and rotate with the Q / E keys or the right mouse button. R rotates the object you are placing, Space pauses the game and keys 1–4 set the speed to 1×, 2×, 4× and 8×. F1 or “?” opens the in-game Guide.
- Phone and tablet: one finger always pans (it never builds anything by accident), pinching zooms and a two-finger twist rotates the view. You build an area with two taps on its corners, or by holding your finger down for 1 second. The round ⟳ button rotates objects, and the ↶ arrow on the build bar undoes a mistake.
The first few minutes
- Choose New game. Sandbox gives you a million to start with and no deadlines, while the Campaign gives you concrete goals.
- On the build bar open the Areas tab. Mark a receiving area right next to the delivery docks and a shipping area by the pickup docks. This is where pallets land and wait. An area costs $5 per tile.
- In the Storage tab place a row of pallet racks ($600 each). Leave aisles between the rows, because workers reach a rack from the neighbouring tile.
- Switch to 2× or 4× speed and watch your first delivery.
- Open the Dock schedule to see which trucks arrive today and at which dock.
- When workers cannot keep up, hire more in the Staff panel. You start with three people at $180 a day (each ±15%).

Key mechanics
Building and land
You start the hall with floor tiles ($80 each), and in front of the docks you need a truck yard (asphalt, $30 per tile) so trucks have room to manoeuvre. Running out of space? Buy a 4×4 plot next to your land for $4,000; each further plot costs 15% more. Move relocates an object together with its stock, and Demolish refunds half the price. A rack holding stock is protected, so you have to empty it first.
Areas and docks
A dock costs $3,500. In its inspector you set the mode: deliveries, pickups, both or Auto. Auto picks a direction from the areas within 3 tiles. More docks mean more trucks per day, but every dock also costs $15 a day to keep. The packing area is meant for packing tables and wrapping machines, and the returns area appears after the returns research.
Staff
A warehouse worker unloads, puts away, picks and packs. You can hire up to 40. They gain experience: after 5, 12 and 22 days of work each level gives +3% speed. They also have energy, hunger and mood, so they need a staff room and a WC ($40 per tile, minimum 2×2). Walls and doors appear automatically, and you add furniture such as a sofa, coffee and a table. With furniture a break is short and pleasant; without it, it takes 15–25 minutes and ruins the mood. At mood 70 and above they work 8% faster, below 30 they are 15% slower.
Everyone also needs a car park space ($60 each), or the shift starts badly.

Contracts and reputation
A contract is a regular client who sends trucks in agreed time windows for 5–20 days and pays by the rate card. The Contracts panel lists offers (valid for 1 day) with volume, time window, rate, SLA and required reputation. You can accept, negotiate or decline them. When negotiating you ask for a higher rate, a wider window, a lower penalty or a longer contract, with at most 2 rounds. Three SLA breaches end the contract and cost 10 reputation, while four on-time trucks in a row cancel one breach.
High reputation (you start at 50 out of 100) brings more trucks, better offers and faster research.
Research
You unlock new tools and vehicles by researching them for points. Points arrive at midnight: a base 0.5 a day, plus reputation divided by 40, plus on-time trucks divided by 4, and +2 for every completed contract. You research one thing at a time. A locked tool shows a padlock, and tapping its card tells you what to research.
Tips for intermediate players
Hall layout
- Place racks close to the docks. Shorter routes mean a shorter time from unloading to putting away.
- Make a separate packing area with packing tables ($900 each). A table outside the area works 30% slower. A pickup with packing pays ×1.35, unpacked pallets only ×0.6.
- A shelving unit ($900, 12 cartons) opens up mixed deliveries and piece-picking pickups for online shops. Without a packing table those cartons go out loose and you lose money.
The IT department
This is the biggest jump in efficiency. Build an IT room, server racks, an air conditioner and an IT desk, hire an IT specialist, then start a rollout in the System panel:
- Level 1, scanners: $8,000, 1 day. Handling a pallet with a scanner is faster (×0.6).
- Level 2, WMS: $20,000, 2 days. Goods are put away closer to the docks and research runs 20% faster.
- Level 3, auto-planning: $45,000, 3 days. The dock schedule plans itself and your reputation grows by 1 a day.
- Level 4, AI and robotics: $90,000, 4 days. It unlocks humanoid robots.
A Mk1 server rack costs $9,000 and runs hot. Above 30 °C breakdowns increase, so you need an air conditioner, but not right next to the rack, because it can flood it.
People and rota
In the Staff panel you can set shifts: day 6:00–14:00, afternoon 14:00–22:00, night 22:00–6:00 or round-the-clock. A round-the-clock worker costs 15% more, while shift workers tire more slowly and have fewer accidents. The Auto-balance button splits people according to the arrival plan. For peaks such as Black Friday you can take workers from the temp agency.

Finance
The Finance panel shows income, costs and a 30-day history. When cash runs short you can take a loan of $25,000, $50,000 or $100,000 at 0.5% interest a day, so repay it when you can. Power costs $0.8 per kWh, and the biggest energy eaters are server racks, air conditioners and goods lifts.
Tips for advanced players
Tenders and competitors
Every few days a big client announces a tender against 2–3 competitors. You set the price with a slider (80–120% of the reference rate) and pick an SLA. The best total wins: price, reputation, the on-time rate of the last 7 days, capacity (docks, free rack slots) and SLA. Losing costs nothing. The Market section shows competitors' shares: they gain when you are late.
The KPI strip at the top of the Contracts panel covers the last 7 days: On time, OTIF (on time and in full), Dock-to-stock (time from taking a pallet off the truck to putting it on a rack) and Accuracy.
Automation
After the research you can place AMR racks ($1,600) and chargers ($2,200) and buy AMR robots ($25,000, speed ×1.6) in the Equipment panel. The robots only work at AMR racks, and a drained robot crawls. An automatic wrapping machine 2×2 ($28,000) replaces hand packing, and wrapping robots join later. A reach truck ($32,000) reaches levels 4–5 of high racks.
Upper floors
When space runs out, build up. After the Mezzanine research you can place a deck ($220 per tile) and link the floors with a goods lift ($25,000, the only way for pallets), a passenger lift or stairs ($3,500). You can have the ground floor and two floors above it. Docks, high racks and the workshop stand on the ground floor only.
Cold storage and special goods
Food and medicine clients pay ×1.7, but their goods must hold their temperature. Research Cold store, build a room and hang a cooling unit ($7,500) on the wall. Above 8 °C the cold chain is broken and goods spoil after 75 minutes.
Security
After a few days thieves may sneak in at night. Place a guard booth ($3,200), hire guards for the night shift 21:00–6:00 and add CCTV cameras.
Campaign, daily challenge and other modes
The campaign has 8 scenarios with goals and a day limit. Meeting all the goals within the limit earns 1 star, and two extra conditions give the second and third. The next scenario unlocks after you earn at least one star. In the campaign, bankruptcy ends the scenario. The first days of every scenario are a start-up period when late trucks cost no penalties.
- The First Hall (30 days, start $33,000): build a working warehouse (among other things 16 pallet racks, 3 docks, 160 floor tiles and 2 packing tables), receive 30 pallets, ship 20 and serve 6 trucks on time. Stars: finish in 10 days and have $12,000.
- Express Delivery (30 days): complete 2 contracts, keep the on-time rate at 80% or higher, have 3 docks and ship 300 pallets. Scanners from IT 1 are the key. Stars: 85% on time and reputation 70.
- Black Friday (5 days): grow the crew to 9, have 5 docks and ship 80 pallets on the peak day. Stars: 50% on time on Black Friday and no loss.
- IT Department (21 days): roll the system out to level 3, hire 2 IT specialists, keep the server room at 30 °C or cooler and avoid flooding. Stars: finish in 12 days and have $20,000.
- Automation (20 days): buy 3 AMR robots, a reach truck and 2 chargers, and move 400 pallets. Stars: 12 days and crew mood 65.
- Logistics Hub (35 days): 900 pallets within 7 days, mood 70, 8 docks and a profit of $25,000. Stars: 90% on time and a $100,000 profit.
- E-commerce Centre (30 days, a long scenario): piece picking, returns (60 verified), night security, a floor manager with a computer, IT level 3, utility bills under 12% of income and 8 days in profit.
- Logistics Giant (45 days, a long scenario): an upper floor with a goods lift, wrapping machines and wrapping robots, 2 humanoids, Mk2 or Mk3 racks, offices, cold storage, heat waves, inspections and Black Friday, plus 900 pallets shipped.
Outside the campaign you have the Sandbox with a choice of difficulty (Easy, Normal, Hard or Custom with four knobs) and the Daily challenge: a new short 3–5 day scenario every day with a ready hall, identical for every player. There are also achievements and a photo mode.

Common mistakes
- No space in front of the docks. A car park, racks or an area right in front of a dock block the trucks. Keep the asphalt free.
- Too few people at peak hours. Trucks run from 6:00 to 20:00. Check the rota so that every hour with trucks is covered.
- A server room without cooling. Above 30 °C breakdowns increase, and at 38 °C the IT level drops.
- Ignoring the crew's needs. Missing furniture, WC and parking lower the mood, which directly slows the work.
- Demolishing a rack with stock. The game blocks it. Use the Empty tool; “demolish anyway” costs $900 per pallet and reputation.
FAQ
Is the game free?
Yes, it is free and runs in the browser with nothing to install. You can optionally watch an ad for an in-game bonus, always your choice.
Where should I start so trucks are never late?
Place a receiving and a shipping area by the docks, a row of racks close to them and hire people before the queue grows. Then roll out IT level 1 as soon as you can, because scanners clearly shorten pallet handling.
How do I earn more stars in the campaign?
The first star is meeting all the goals within the day limit. The second and third need extra conditions, such as a higher on-time rate, a faster finish or more cash at the end. You can see the conditions in the goals panel on the left.
Can I play on a phone and on several devices?
Yes. The game has touch controls and an interface fitted to a small screen. In the menu you switch on sync and link a second device with a short code, with no account or password.
Can I go bankrupt?
Yes. When cash stays below −$20,000 for 3 midnights in a row, the company goes bankrupt. In the campaign that ends the scenario, and in the sandbox you choose between a rescue loan (it costs 5 reputation), a new game or playing on without achievements in that save.
Does the game save my progress without signing up?
Yes. Progress is saved in your browser in several slots, with no account. After the first launch the game also works without an internet connection.
